Perched on the headland near the Akrotiri lighthouse, Giorgaros is run by a fishing family whose boat lands the catch each morning. The kitchen keeps it simple and seasonal: grilled and fried fish, shellfish, salads and a few meat plates, with a wide-open view over the sea. It is the honest, fisherman's-joint counterpoint to the island's polished seafood rooms.
