Hilltop acetaia dining over its own balsamico barrels
An estate winery and acetaia in the Modena hills at Levizzano Rangone, where the Montanari family's 300-plus barrels have guarded Traditional Balsamic Vinegar for three generations. The restaurant cooks hand-rolled Emilian pasta and estate produce finished with the house balsamico and Lambrusco from the organic vineyards. Dinners served amid the ageing barrels and an adjoining resort make it a full balsamico-terroir destination.
