The Bono runs as restaurant and bar in equal weight: open kitchen and high bar tables in front, then a hidden back garden that locals treat as one of the better-kept Teşvikiye secrets. The cellar is built around Turkish boutique producers; the cocktail list is fixed at one price and the bartenders are allowed to play. Modern Anatolian small plates make the bar food more interesting than most cocktail rooms, ideal as a one-stop drinks-and-dinner spot when Foxy and TÚS are both full.
