Open since 1830 and listed among Italy's historic establishments, Pansa faces the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea at the heart of Amalfi. Generations have come for its candied lemon scorzette, sfogliatella, pastiera and delizia al limone, all leaning on the prized Amalfi sfusato lemon.
