Not a hotel but the restaurant that helped define dining in Noord - 1,200 square metres of former factory hall by the IJ, white tables among the machinery, with a confident French-leaning kitchen and even a car parked inside. Lively, unpolished and serious about the food. A genuine Noord institution.
