| Last reviewed: May 2026 Ark sits behind a stone façade on 12029. Sokak in the heart of Hacımemiş, and treats food, wine, art and jazz as one programme rather than four. The wine list reaches across Türkiye, beginners and the technically curious are both looked after, and the kitchen runs a Mediterranean register built on talking to the village's older cooks. Ozan Musluoğlu's musical direction means the jazz nights are the real article, not background dressing. Year-round intent in a town that empties in winter.
