The wine list reaches across Türkiye — beginners and the technically curious are both looked after — and the kitchen runs a Mediterranean register built on talking to the village's older cooks. Ozan Musluoğlu's musical direction means the jazz nights are the real article, not background dressing. Year-round intent in a town that empties in winter.
