Set in the 16th-century Villa Zarri outside Bologna, chef Agostino Iacobucci's starred kitchen bridges his native Campania and his adopted Emilia. Three tasting menus of up to twelve courses lean on vegetables hand-picked from the surrounding garden. An exhaustive cellar of over 700 labels, Sassicaia and Tignanello among them, completes the occasion.
