Founded in 2003 and starred since 2008, Luca Marchini's small room in central Modena offers a quieter counterpoint to its famous neighbour. Marchini trained under Bottura and cooks creative, vegetable-forward menus alongside a few Emilian classics. A dedicated vegetarian tasting menu is a genuine highlight, not an afterthought.
