Zeb (Zuppa e Bollito) grew from a family gastronomia into a beloved seventeen-seat counter where Alberto Navari and his mother Giuseppina serve handwritten, seasonal Tuscan plates, cappellacci, pici, trippa, beef stew, eaten side-by-side as at a sushi bar. Booking is essential and the daily blackboard is the menu. One of the Oltrarno's purest expressions of cook-led hospitality.
