Historic 1950s port restaurant revived at Galataport with Bosphorus terrace
Originally designed in the 1940s for Karaköy Passenger Terminal, Liman was where legendary chef Silvian Fontana (Ataturk's personal chef) established modern restaurant service in Turkey. Revived in 2021 at Galataport, the restaurant honors this heritage while offering refined modern Turkish cuisine with stunning Bosphorus views from its terrace.
