Book a Whitehall-facing Heritage Suite — the Horse Guards Parade view rooms are quieter and more interesting than the Whitehall side traffic suggests. Saison is the Mauro Colagreco room and needs three weeks; the Drawing Room afternoon tea is the easier reservation. Guards Bar and Spy Bar are different rooms — Spy Bar is the late-night one.
