The Argentine-born chef cooks a single, frequently changing tasting menu that folds his Buenos Aires roots, Paris and Moscow training, and Mallorcan produce into one confident voice. The small room on the leafy Passeig de Mallorca is modern and unfussy, the cooking inventive but never showy. Long regarded as the best-value Michelin star in the city.
Only a set menu is served and the room is small, so reserve well ahead. The covered terrace is the seat to request.
