Run by chef Javier and host Marion, OSMA celebrates classic French bistro cooking through a seasonal, ingredient-led menu, with Marion's Rhône-raised eye on the wine. A couple of blocks from the Santa Catalina market, the small room favours clear, well-built flavours over fuss. A quietly excellent, grown-up table.
