Santi Taura takes everyday Mallorcan home recipes and rebuilds them with fine-dining precision in a single seasonal menu called Origens. Set beside the cathedral in the El Llorenç hotel, the room offers both an interactive counter and quieter tables. The most serious expression of island cuisine in Palma, and a Michelin star since 2020.
