Set in the former stables of the Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, Quadrat pairs a light, vaulted dining room with a leafy garden patio and a vertical wall of succulents. Chefs Carles Forteza and Àlvar Albaladejo cook modern Mediterranean dishes anchored in local ingredients. The Sunday rice lunch in the garden is a particular pleasure.
