Housed in a 200-year-old Mallorcan finca a few minutes from Cala Ratjada's harbour, Ses Rotges was the first restaurant on the island to win a Michelin star, back in 1977. The Tétard family held it for nearly three decades; today William Tétard carries the French-Mediterranean cooking forward with his own hand. A quietly elegant petit-hotel dining room with a courtyard.
