Set in the courtyard of Can Ferrereta, a boutique hotel awarded two Michelin Keys, OCRE has been a Santanyí reference since 2021. Chefs Alvar Albaladejo and Carlos García build Mediterranean plates around meticulously chosen local produce, with restraint and respect for the ingredient. A Saturday market menu draws on that morning's Santanyí stalls.
Ask for the Saturday 'menú de mercado'. The courtyard tables are the ones to book in warm weather.
