Mistral is the island's benchmark specialty-coffee roaster, supplying many of Palma's better cafés, with its own house on Plaça Weyler beside the art-nouveau Gran Hotel. Expect carefully sourced, rotating single origins, properly textured milk and a sunny terrace. The serious choice for a morning coffee in the centre.
