Open on Via dei Tribunali since 1936, Di Matteo is a true neighbourhood institution famous for its folded pizza a portafoglio and a counter of Neapolitan fritti. Bill Clinton's 1994 visit is local legend, but the draw is the honest, fast, charcoal-kissed pizza. Loud, cheap and the real thing.
