The degustation room at Canaves Oia Suites, led by chef Tasos Stefatos around a single concept: 'O Topos Mas' (Our Place), a nine-course journey through Greek regional ingredients with a modern hand. A vegetarian degustation runs in parallel, and a Michelin-starred guest chef has appeared on the calendar. The cooking is the event; the caldera cliff is the room.
Stefatos also heads Canaves' Elements — Petra is the more committed, degustation-only expression of his kitchen. Go for the tasting menu, not the view-table upsell.
