Fradis Minoris
Pula
Sardinia's southernmost Michelin star, set in a working lagoon
Feet-in-the-water seafood reborn under a three-star chef
The first restaurant ever built on the Costa Smeralda, back in the 1960s, on Porto Cervo's Vecchio Molo and attached to the Cervo Hotel. Recently renovated as the only true pieds-dans-l'eau dining room in the marina, with a seafood-led menu created by three-Michelin-star chef Antonio Mellino of Quattro Passi. A reference point for serious fish on the old harbour.
Waterside on the Vecchio Molo; dinner only and seasonal. Book ahead in high summer.
