A few steps from the River Temo, this room and tree-shaded terrace turn out Bosana seafood that balances tradition with a lighter, modern hand. Sea-urchin spaghetti in season, fregola and a clean fried-seafood platter, set against one of the better lists of Bosa's rare Malvasia. The reference table in a town short on serious cooking.
