Mangalcı Restaurant Kızılağaç

Mangalcı runs from a wide fenced garden on the Yalı-Kızılağaç road and the kitchen has held the village format for fifteen years: a stone-oven kahvaltı line in the morning (cheeses and butter from the local supply, ıspanaklı börek out of the oven, pide cut to order, kavurma and sucuklu yumurta on the eggs side), then the afternoon shift switches to the kendin-pişir mangal, the table receives a meat tray, the host fires the coal at the centre of the garden, and the children rotate through the small zoo at the back while the lunch runs. The format reads as the village ritual the peninsula's resort rooms cannot replicate: parking-lot wide, two playgrounds, the goats and peacocks visible from every table, a low price tier the residential tier prices into the routine. Friday evenings the kitchen runs a fasıl programme, the village musicians, not destination programming, and the room reads as Çiftlik's family social space rather than a destination dining one.
