| Última revisión: May 2026 On a Belgravia mews off Wilton Place, Pétrus runs a glass-walled cellar of the eponymous wine at the centre of a single dining room — burgundy walls, white linen, the kind of hush that survived the move from St James's in 2010. Now run by head chef Russell Bateman within the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants group; classical French with the wine list as the spine, sommelier-led pairings the better lever than the food menu alone. The Istanbul reader who books La Mère Brazier in Lyon for the cellar will find the same logic here.
