Italy's first Alain Ducasse restaurant occupies the ninth floor of the Romeo hotel, in the room that was once Il Comandante. Executive chef Alessandro Lucassino works Ducasse's cuisine de la naturalite over Campanian fish and vegetables, with port-and-Vesuvius views the length of the dining room. It took a Michelin star in its first full guide.
