A small, owner-run room set in an old village house off Deià's main street, where chef Sebastian Pasch has cooked since 1994. The kitchen works seasonally from Mallorcan markets and regional suppliers, plating refined Mediterranean dishes without theatrics. Dinner spills onto a candlelit garden terrace shaded by lemon trees.
