| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Bozukbağ sits on the inland Göltürkbükü line, inside fourteen decares of twelve hundred fruit trees: citrus, pomegranate, mulberry, fig, almond. Chickens, ducks and turkeys roam the orchard; menemen comes off a wood fire; butter, cheese, jam and salça arrive from the farm. A single buffet line, long wooden tables, the unfussy interior of a real Aegean farm house, the right way to do breakfast on the still-quiet north ridge of the peninsula.
