| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Mirabelle is the dinner-room counterpoint to HYDE's daytime beach programme: a French Riviera bistro that reads as a knowing nod to Cap d'Antibes more than the Aegean. The kitchen sticks to bistro grammar — steak frites, salade niçoise, plateau de fruits de mer — but plates them for a dinner-into-late-night format with a resident DJ and a martini bar that stays open past midnight. The room is pink-boothed and lit for the camera; the cooking is more straightforward than the styling suggests.
