The kitchen sticks to bistro grammar — steak frites, salade niçoise, plateau de fruits de mer — but plates them for a dinner-into-late-night format with a resident DJ and a martini bar that stays open past midnight. The room is pink-boothed and lit for the camera; the cooking is more straightforward than the styling suggests.

Order the plateau and the steak frites and let the rest of the menu do its show. Reserve through the hotel after 21:30 for the post-dinner DJ room; the late-night martini list is the better drinks play than the early-evening cocktails.
