Susona's sunset seafood and sushi bar with Tipsy Crab — golden-hour deck on Torba Bay, DJ programme
OctoZen opened in May 2025 as the sunset venue at Susona Bodrum, a collaboration with the Tipsy Crab team. The name combines the marine totem of the octopus with the calm of Zen — and the room reads accordingly: a waterfront deck looking west across Torba Bay, a kitchen built around seafood and sushi, a bar that leans on sake, matcha and signature cocktails. Service runs 19:00 to 23:00 with a curated DJ programme that builds through the early evening before handing the night back to the resort.
Arrive by 18:30 for the western light off the bay; the front-row deck four-tops are the right seats. The Tipsy Crab signature cocktails travel better than the basic list, and the omakase-style sushi platter is the easier order than working the menu page by page.
