DAZE runs along the deck of No:81 Hotel and is one of the few Türkbükü addresses that gets the day-to-night gradient right: shaded loggias and a Mediterranean kitchen under Chef Eyüp through lunch, a live trio at sunset, and a contained DJ programme that takes the room into the small hours without losing the scale. Bougainvillea, palms, the bay laid out in front. Türkbükü's most adult late-night option.
Editor's Tip
Reserve a deck table for the 19:30 sunset live set, then move barside for the DJ from 23:00. Non-residents are welcome, the bay-front loungers go to hotel guests first.
