Palmarina's pan-Asian sushi bar that turns into a 600-cap dance floor after midnight
Wu has held a corner of Palmarina's marina edge since 2018 and runs the day-into-night arc that defines the Yalıkavak summer: a sushi counter and pan-Asian kitchen through dinner, a DJ programme that lifts the room into an open-air club after midnight. The crowd is the marina set; the room is one of the peninsula's loudest. Operates as a bar-and-club register more than as a kitchen-led address — included for the editorial completeness of the Yalıkavak nightlife map.
Book the dinner seating before 21:30 if you actually want the food; after midnight the room becomes a club and the sushi bar is decoration. Dress code is the Palmarina default.
