Danış Bodrum
Gündoğan
Beach-restaurant opened in Küçükbük by Danış Ulaş in 2021; Mediterranean cooking and a natural cove.
Yalıkavak all-day beach-to-cocktail arc — the accessible version of the chapter, without the marina markup.
Itzá runs the daytime-to-evening arc on the Yalıkavak peninsula side without trying to be either a hotel-beach or a marina spectacle — sunbeds and a kitchen by day, the deck reformats into a cocktail bar after eight, the bar program holds its own without claiming to be a destination room. The cuisine reads world-cuisine rather than Aegean-anchored: ceviche, tartare, pan-Asian small plates alongside the obligatory grilled fish. The crowd here is the Istanbul thirties who want a beach day without paying the Bagatelle entry-spend, or the second-house regulars looking for a casual late-night option that isn't the marina. The price ceiling stays below the curated peninsula rooms; the trade-off is a less formal kitchen and a louder crowd late.
Lunch is the value — the kitchen is more focused on the small-plates card than on dinner mains. The post-dinner cocktail shift starts at ten; it stays serious until midnight and gets loose after. Walk-in workable except for August Saturdays.
