Danış is the beach-restaurant room Danış Ulaş, a long-running name in the trade, opened on the Mare Deluxe Residence site in summer 2021. The room is built on one of the most accessible shore stretches of Gündoğan's Küçükbük cove: daytime beach service and a Mediterranean menu, with an evening programme that runs naturally without breaking down the same sunloungers. The kitchen leans on Aleppo-style walnut lahmacun, onion kebab, zırh kebabı, stone-oven pizza, seasonal salads and seafood pasta; produce from nearby growers is presented plainly. A minimum spend applies for beach access, and a week-ahead reservation is advised for August weekends.
