Sarnıç Beach

Sarnıç has run the Bitez seafront since 1993 — the bay's longest-running daytime beach club, calibrated to the casual family rhythm Bitez itself documents (shallow water, daytime ritual, no dinner-club spectacle) rather than to the heavier-named Yalıkavak / Türkbükü orbit. The room is competent rather than curated: swim-and-sunbed by day, a Turkish-Aegean kitchen that turns over into a calmer evening restaurant by dusk, no DJ ambition, and a price ceiling that stays well below the peninsula's destination beach rooms. Bodrum's second-house family is the Bitez second-house regular who has cycled the beach-club orbit and wants somewhere within walking distance of home — not the Friday-night spectacle, the Tuesday-afternoon lunch. Reservation pressure is low except for August weekends; the seafront tables get the breeze.
