Newseason is the kitchen-led lunch room on the Bitez seafront — the bay's shallow-water family topography read correctly into a daytime operation that puts the cooking ahead of the beach-club spectacle. Lunch is the chapter — order across the small plates, hold the table through the afternoon, walk back to the village by five. The crowd here is the parents-with-kids second-house group that needs the children-deep-water-friendly bay and the adults' meze-and-rosé option in the same place. Newseason solves both without forcing one side. Reservation pressure is moderate in July-August weekends, walk-in workable mid-week.
