Bodrum drinks horizontally, not vertically. There is no skyline to climb above here — the view is the Aegean itself, the floodlit Castle of St Peter, and the yacht-packed marina, so the best terraces are the ones that read the coastline rather than the town. The split that matters is geographic: the polished Yalıkavak peninsula on the northwest versus the old-town hillsides ringing Bodrum Town.
In Yalıkavak, Sips Bodrum sits on the rooftop of the Ruins Hotel — the local outpost of the Barcelona bar crowned the world's best in 2023 — angling its panoramic Aegean sweep straight at the sunset, while Folie at METT Bodrum trades altitude for a seafront deck over Haremtan Cove.
