Fenix Bodrum

Fenix is the D-Ream Group's Yalıkavak Marina venue, a nightclub-restaurant pitched at the destination evening rather than the calmer dinner end of the marina. The room itself runs tropical-modern by design: turquoise pillars, leather banquettes, tilework, palms, the same design grammar D-Ream uses across Sait and the brand network. The kitchen reads Asian and South American fusion in equal measure, sushi and ceviche from the raw bar, Peruvian street-food classics worked into the small-plate card, Mexican tacos against Mediterranean-leaning pastas, fired meat and fish off the grill. The cocktail programme carries the room's late shift forward; The World's 50 Best Discovery picked Fenix up for its Bodrum Discovery listing, and the venue runs nineteen-hundred to three in the morning across the May-October calendar. Smart-casual dress code, reservation pressure real on August Saturdays, the post-dinner club arc starts around midnight.
