Sait opened in Yalıkavak in 2000, joined the D-Ream group, and is now the marina's most visible serious fish address, a long terrace looking onto the yachts, the day's catch on ice at the pass, and a meze menu that retains the original family-kitchen rigour. The Michelin Guide lists it; the bill is high-summer Yalıkavak; the cooking holds its line.
