Sahir Erozan's hotel and restaurant has been the social anchor of the Türkbükü bay since 2000, with a quieter family history dating to the 1970s. The kitchen leans on local fishermen, Aegean herbs and a long Mediterranean wine list rather than spectacle, and the wooden deck over the sea is the closest thing the Turkish Riviera has to a Cap d'Antibes equivalent.
Lunch on the deck is the move; book a fortnight ahead in August. Order the day's grilled balık and the artichoke mezze.
