Türkbükü
The original Türkbükü beach hotel that defined Aegean restraint for two generations
A long-running Türkbükü waterfront classic that runs serious seafood by night
Miam has been a fixture of the Türkbükü bay long enough to count as one of its cult addresses, with a waterside terrace that fills before the inland room and a kitchen that quietly outperforms most of its better-photographed neighbours. The seafood card reaches past the usual levrek-çipura grammar; grilled octopus and the fritto-style fried fish are the orders to know. The garden bar carries a late hour for those staying past midnight.
Ask for a waterside table on the front row; the inland section is louder. Start with the grilled octopus and let the kitchen pick the fish.
