Melengeç built its name on the Gümüşlük side and brought the same logic to a quieter stretch of Türkbükü's Liman Caddesi: a low waterfront room, properly spaced tables, a starter tray that runs to thirty hot and cold mezes before the fish course is even on. Evenings settle into a five-table register with measured DJ selections rather than the bay's louder rooms.
