Three generations of the same Gümüşlük family have run this stone-floored fish house at the head of the harbour, and the working principle has not shifted: whatever the boats brought in, grilled simply, mezes from the garden. The wooden tables sit close enough to the water that the cats wait beside you for the fish bones.
Editor's Tip
Octopus salad and grilled çipura are the through-line. Lunch is calmer than dinner and you keep the same sea.
