Bake My Day is a real French patisserie tucked into Gümüşlük's narrow back lanes by Tülay Toker: laminated butter croissants, pain au chocolat, proper profiteroles, panna cotta, a small dessert list that turns over with the season. Mornings open as a patisserie counter; evenings convert the room to a small dinner format. While the rest of the peninsula fills with chain pâtisseries, Toker's room tries — and mostly succeeds — to hold its own at a Trocadéro or Vienne scale.
Walk up before 11:00 for the croissant and pain au chocolat batch out of the morning oven. The supangle and the panna cotta with blueberry are the house signatures; do not skip them.
