Melih Özçelik's Eskişehir-born roastery dropped its Bodrum room in Konacık and has stayed the year-round answer to the specialty-coffee question on the peninsula. Beans roasted on site, V60, Chemex and Aeropress brewed properly, sourdough toasts and a quiet gallery in the lower level: the kind of café an Istanbullu on a winter weekend recognises immediately.
Editor's Tip
Order the V60 of whichever single-origin is current and a slice of the in-house cake. The basement hangs work from local artists and is worth a slow look.
