Boho opened on Yalıkavak's main artery in 2021 and quickly became the bakery the summer-house Istanbullu calls before lunch: butter croissants laminated correctly, natural sourdough, season-driven cakes built with Bodrum mandalinası and local ingredients. The room is unfussy; the technique is the reason to come back.
Editor's Tip
Come before ten for the croissants while they are still warm; the almond version and the Bodrum mandalinalı tart are the through-line. Phone ahead for whole sourdough loaves.
