Mandalin moved early into Yalıkavak's old stone-house side, and its courtyard remains one of the few places on the peninsula that feels neither resort nor marina. The cooking is Aegean home-style brought up a level: zeytinyağlılar from the morning market, slow-cooked lamb, a short and personal wine list.
Editor's Tip
The garden tables under the bougainvillea are the only ones to ask for. The chef sends out a small amuse if you start with raki.
