Mezra sits inland from the marina on a seven-decare working garden where most of what reaches the plate has been grown, raised or foraged on site. Chef Serhat Doğramacı, named Michelin Young Chef of the Year for Türkiye in 2025 and awarded a Michelin Star in the 2026 guide, runs an 8-to-14-course Anatolian tasting menu that rewrites itself every fortnight as the garden moves. The room is the most serious culinary table on the peninsula by a clear margin.
Two tasting formats — the long 12-to-14-course is the one to come for. A 2,000 TL prepayment is required and children under 12 are politely declined; book three weeks ahead for August.
