The 10th global Hakkasan, opened at Mandarin Oriental in 2021 and a Bib Gourmand 2026 pick on a Bodrum list that is otherwise resolutely Aegean. Executive Chef Sky Wong Kum Choy runs the same modern Cantonese line that built the brand from Hanway Place onward — Peking duck cured for 48 hours, stir-fried black truffle wagyu, dim sum at lunch — translated to a rare wine cellar and an Aegean terrace. The reference for an Istanbullu who wants the Hakkasan they know in Mayfair without leaving the peninsula.
Order the signature crispy duck salad and the stir-fry black truffle wagyu; take a corner table on the terrace deck rather than the inner room, which loses the Aegean to the soundtrack.
