The Saint-Tropez and Paris Italian, now permanently at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum from summer 2026
Gigi Rigolatto opened its Bodrum pop-up at Mandarin Oriental Paradise Bay in June 2025 and converts to a permanent address for the 2026 season — a 140-cover terrace running Tuscan-to-Pugliese cooking, the Bellini Bar from the Paris flagship, and a curated concept store on the same axis. It is Saint-Tropez done in Bodrum's language: rigorous on the burrata, looser in the room, and the only address on the peninsula where the long lunch genuinely runs to seven.
Lunch is the default — book the terrace edge for the bay view. The Bellini Bar is the right warm-up; the burrata, vitello tonnato and veal milanese hold the line on Saint-Tropez form.
